Tart Mix

Things Needed:

• 2 Egg Yolk
• 2tsp Pure Vanilla Essence
• 200gm  Unsalted Butter

Method:

1. Kneed flour, egg, Eseence and butter into a smooth dough
2. Shape dough into mould
3. Bake at 170°C for 2o to 25mins
