Pineapple Tart Mix

Things you will need:

• 2 Egg Yolk
• 1 Egg White
• 250gm Butter
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

Method:

1. Kneed flour, egg and butter into a smooth dough
2. Mould/ Shape cookie, place the pineapple filling on the top
3. Bake at 170°C for 2o to 25mins
