INGREDIENTS

A)
200gm all purpose cake mix
4nos egg
30gm fresh milk
1/2tsp ovalett special
1tbsp pure vanilla essence
B)
50gm melted butter
C) 
red yellow purple green and blue food coloring

FILLINGS

200gm whipping cream
200gm pure hazelnut paste

METHOD

1)Beat (A) portion until light and fluffy. Then fold in (B) and mix well
2)Divide the mixture into 5 portions and mix each mixture with colouring
3)Scoop each colour batter in a pipping bag, pipe onto 11× 14 × 1 inches tray with line parchment paper
4)Bake at 190°C for 15mins
5 )Melt all filling ingredients over double boiler until smooth
6)Spread filling over the cake, and roll up into swiss roll shapes.
